- Execute professional quantity surveying activities for state-owned and leased infrastructure, including cost evaluation and technical support
- Coordinate multidisciplinary professional teams to ensure seamless delivery of quantity surveying services
- Enforce adherence to quantity determination standards and quality strategies through rigorous technical oversight
- Formulate quantity surveying policies, methodologies, and best practices to optimize organizational performance
- Mentor and develop candidate quantity surveyors and technical staff to ensure knowledge transfer and professional growth
- Manage office administration, budget planning, and resource utilization while ensuring SCM and HR regulatory compliance
- Conduct continuous research and professional development to align with SACQSP guidelines and industry innovations
