Requirements

  • Compulsory registration as Psychologist (Industrial) with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)
  • A minimum of 1-year industrial psychology internship
  • Experience in Leadership and Culture Interventions will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Guide and advise on complex behavioral and organizational models to enhance group performance
  • Conduct psychometric and specialized assessments for recruitment, training, and organizational effectiveness
  • Analyze organizational behavior dynamics and design custom diagnostic assessment tools
  • Develop and execute culture and leadership development interventions to optimize institutional performance
  • Facilitate Western Cape Government Transversal Culture Programmes and report on Industrial Psychology research
