Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate and manage high-profile provincial events, ensuring all logistical and ceremonial aspects align with government standards
- Render professional protocol services for the Premier, MECs, and visiting dignitaries
- Manage the procurement, inventory, and distribution of official corporate gifts
- Oversee the 'Flag Bank' and ensure the correct display and usage of national and provincial flags according to official etiquette
- Facilitate seating arrangements, arrival sequences, and diplomatic formalities at official functions
- Ensure adherence to the Manual of State Protocol during all interactions and provincial engagements
