Requirements

Minimum of two (02) years' experience in Communication, Protocol, Events Management, or the Marketing field

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate and manage high-profile provincial events, ensuring all logistical and ceremonial aspects align with government standards
  • Render professional protocol services for the Premier, MECs, and visiting dignitaries
  • Manage the procurement, inventory, and distribution of official corporate gifts
  • Oversee the 'Flag Bank' and ensure the correct display and usage of national and provincial flags according to official etiquette
  • Facilitate seating arrangements, arrival sequences, and diplomatic formalities at official functions
  • Ensure adherence to the Manual of State Protocol during all interactions and provincial engagements
