Requirements
- Grade 1: Minimum of 4 years appropriate/recognizable experience in nursing after registration as a Professional Nurse with SANC in General Nursing
- Grade 2: Minimum of 14 years appropriate/recognizable experience in nursing after registration as a Professional Nurse with SANC in General Nursing.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide comprehensive community health care, including primary preventative and curative services
- Perform individual clinical consultations, initiate minor ailment treatments, and evaluate patient conditions
- Coordinate referrals to specialized health support services, including rehabilitation, oral health, and specialist doctors
- Manage and control Health Information data and patient records in compliance with departmental policies
- Oversee clinical teaching, training, and continuous evaluation of sub-category nursing personnel
- Manage clinic resources, including ordering medical stock, consumables, and medication as per EDL
- Participate in community meetings and committees to identify and address community health needs
- Implement and monitor quality nursing care standards while preventing medico-legal risks
- Support financial planning through indirect control of expenditure within the clinic
- Use and maintain basic medical equipment and participate in community-based medical research.

- Grade 2: R583989 - R713253 PER ANNUM PLUS 13TH CHEQUE, HOUSING ALLOWANCE, MEDICAL AID (OPTIONAL, EMPLOYEE MUST MEET THE PRESCRIBED REQUIREMENTS..
