- Communicate effectively with patients, supervisors, and multidisciplinary teams including comprehensive clinical report writing
- Coordinate and supervise the work of support personnel to ensure holistic patient care
- Advocate for patient needs through the application of Batho Pele principles
- Manage and monitor medical and physical resources allocated to the unit
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment for a diverse patient and staff population
