- Provide clear and effective communication to patients, multi-disciplinary team members, and supervisors, including comprehensive clinical report writing
- Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to ensure a holistic approach to patient recovery and care
- Apply Batho Pele principles to advocate for patient needs and ensure a responsive, patient-centered healthcare environment
- Plan and organize daily nursing workflows, including the supervision of support personnel to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage and safeguard allocated medical supplies and unit resources to prevent wastage and ensure availability
