- Facilitate knowledge-sharing platforms and coordinate stakeholder focus groups
- Execute strategic procurement initiatives and innovative sourcing methods in collaboration with provincial stakeholders
- Adjudicate supplier grievances and provide formal responses regarding municipal tender appeals
- Conduct integrated budget and governance reviews pertaining to municipal SCM and asset management
- Implement municipal supplier development programs in partnership with the Department of Economic Development and Tourism
