Minimum Qualification

National Senior Certificate plus an appropriate undergraduate qualification (NQF level 6) in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Public Management, or Public Administration as recognized by SAQA.

  • Administer personnel movements including transfers, secondments, grade progressions, and translations
  • Facilitate the development and maintenance of Human Resource Planning frameworks and HR information systems
  • Ensure the integrity of HR data for reporting and decision-making purposes.
