- Deep understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service (PSA, PSR)

- Strong coordination and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Sound interpersonal relations and communication skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Human Resources
- Proven experience in performance management administration.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Monitor the systematic compilation and timeous submission of Performance Agreements (PAs), Mid-term reviews, and Annual assessment reports
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance on all PMDS documentation to ensure compliance with provincial standards
- Facilitate the logistical and administrative requirements for departmental Moderation Committees
- Consolidate departmental PMDS data to compile comprehensive management reports
- Accurately capture and update PMDS outcomes and scores on the PERSAL system
- Oversee the processing and administration of PMDS-related financial incentives
- Conduct internal workshops to build staff capacity on PMDS policies and procedures.
