Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead and manage the provision of holistic, cost-effective, and equitable nursing care within a Primary Health Care facility
- Oversee clinical health science practices and provide professional mentoring to nursing staff
- Implement and manage quality assurance programs to ensure facility attainment of national health standards
- Analyze facility data and manage information systems to improve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage human, financial, and information resources in accordance with provincial and national policies
- Coordinate and monitor data quality assessments to ensure accurate reporting and service delivery improvement
