Diploma/Degree in Nursing plus a 1-year Post-Basic Clinical Health Science Specialty accredited with SANC

9 years total (5 years post-specialty) in Primary Health Care Management and Clinical Specialty

• Strong management and clinical leadership skills
• Knowledge of public sector financial management and procurement
• Proficiency in data analysis and quality assessment
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of SANC regulations and PHC clinical protocols

• Minimum of 9 years appropriate/recognizable experience in nursing post-SANC registration
• At least 5 years must be in the Specialty area after obtaining the 1-year post-basic qualification
• Proof of experience must be endorsed by HR

• Lead and manage the provision of holistic, cost-effective, and equitable nursing care within a Primary Health Care facility
• Oversee clinical health science practices and provide professional mentoring to nursing staff
• Implement and manage quality assurance programs to ensure facility attainment of national health standards
• Analyze facility data and manage information systems to improve key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Manage human, financial, and information resources in accordance with provincial and national policies
• Coordinate and monitor data quality assessments to ensure accurate reporting and service delivery improvement
