Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise and ensure the delivery of effective and efficient patient care through clinical oversight during after-hours shifts
- Coordinate and monitor the implementation, execution, and evaluation of comprehensive nursing care plans
- Provide relevant health education and information to healthcare users to support optimal recovery and rehabilitation
- Participate in the analysis, formulation, and implementation of provincial nursing guidelines, standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Foster and maintain constructive working relationships with multidisciplinary stakeholders and nursing staff
- Manage and monitor the optimal utilization of human, financial, and physical resources during the assigned duty period
- Ensure compliance with nursing statutes, legal frameworks, and the Patient Rights Charter
- Implement and oversee HR policies including grievance procedures and disciplinary codes during after-hour operations.
Salary Detail
Remunaration
- Grade 1: R549192 - R629121 PER ANNUM.
- Grade 2: R636126 - R723954 PER ANNUM PLUS 13TH CHEQUE, HOUSING ALLOWANCE, MEDICAL AID (OPTIONAL), EMPLOYEE MUST MEET THE PRESCRIBED REQUIREMENTS.
