Requirements

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans based on comprehensive clinical reasoning
- Render evidence-based occupational therapy services in individual and group settings for in-patients and out-patients
- Administer standardized clinical assessments, specifically for Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) and medico-legal reporting
- Ensure all therapeutic interventions comply with national health policies, norms, and standards
- Maintain rigorous administrative records, including patient statistics, progress notes, and clinical audits
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, health awareness campaigns, and departmental training programs
- Oversee the proper use, maintenance, and safeguarding of specialized therapeutic equipment
- Contribute to internal and external quality audits to ensure service excellence
