- Conduct clinical audits and monitor clinical effectiveness indicators including mortality and morbidity
- Lead academic training for undergraduate medical students and postgraduate registrars
- Direct original clinical research in Paediatric Oncology and secure research funding
- Provide institutional leadership through hospital committees and departmental policy development

Remunaration
- Grade 1: R1553670 - R1647630 PER ANNUM.
- Grade 2: R1773222 - R1881330 PER ANNUM GRADE3: R1936806 - R2212680 PER ANNUM ALL -INCLUSIVE PACKAGE CONSISTS OF 70% BASIC SALARY AND 30% FLEXIBLE PORTION THAT BE STRUCTURED IN TERMS OF THE APPLICABLE RULES, MEDICAL AID (OPTIONAL) EMPLOYEE MUST MEET THE PRESCRIBED REQUIREMENTS..
