Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide specialised diagnostic and therapeutic clinical services within the Paediatric Development sub-specialty
- Manage complex referred cases requiring advanced clinical knowledge
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive patient treatment plans
- Conduct clinical audits and monitor mortality and morbidity indicators to ensure clinical effectiveness
- Deliver academic teaching and clinical supervision to undergraduate and postgraduate medical students
- Facilitate original research, publish findings, and apply for research funding
- Participate in departmental administration, policy development, and hospital committee leadership

- Grade 2: R1773222 - R1881330 PER ANNUM GRADE3: R1936806 - R2212680 PER ANNUM ALL -INCLUSIVE PACKAGE CONSISTS OF 70% BASIC SALARY AND 30% FLEXIBLE PORTION THAT BE STRUCTURED IN TERMS OF THE APPLICABLE RULES, MEDICAL AID (OPTIONAL) EMPLOYEE MUST MEET THE PRESCRIBED REQUIREMENTS..
