Requirements
- Grade 1: None after registration as Specialist with HPCSA
- Grade 2: Minimum of 5 years appropriate experience as a Medical Specialist after registration with HPCSA
- Grade 3: Minimum of 10 years appropriate experience as a Medical Specialist after registration with HPCSA
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide strategic leadership in the operational management of Mental Health Clinical Services across the Free State Psychiatric Complex
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate clinical psychiatric services to mental health care users
- Facilitate undergraduate and postgraduate medical education and research supervision at the University of the Free State
- Strengthen information management systems to optimize clinical performance and institutional research capacity
- Lead outreach programmes and development initiatives to improve provincial mental health service accessibility

- Grade 1: R1106040 PER ANNUM.
- Grade 2: R1264623 PER ANNUM.
- Grade 3: R1467651 PER ANNUM 153 ALL -INCLUSIVE PACKAGE CONSISTS OF 70% BASIC SALARY AND 30% FLEXIBLE PORTION THAT BE STRUCTURED IN TERMS OF THE APPLICABLE RULES, MEDICAL AID (OPTIONAL) EMPLOYEE MUST MEET THE PRESCRIBED REQUIREMENTS..
