Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise and manage Anaesthesiology services within the institution
- Coordinate clinical services to support institutional aims and patient care standards
- Manage patients admitted in level 2 and level 3 package of service facilities
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols
- Participate in academic and training programs for junior medical staff
- Conduct and assist with clinical audits and active participation in continuous professional development (CPD)
- Support hospital management in maintaining efficient patient care standards
- Comply with and implement the Performance Management and Development System (PMDS) for subordinates.
