Requirements
- Grade 1: No experience required after registration as a Medical Specialist with the HPCSA

- Grade 3: Minimum of 10 years appropriate experience after registration as a Medical Specialist in Family Medicine
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide strategic leadership and manage administrative functions within the Department of Family Medicine
- Deliver high-quality clinical services across the FSDoH platform including specialized outreach and support
- Drive knowledge development through original clinical research and peer-reviewed publications
- Facilitate the training and professional development of medical students, registrars, and other healthcare professionals
- Implement clinical governance frameworks to ensure statutory compliance with OHSC, HPCSA, and CMSA
- Execute clinical audits and monitor mortality, morbidity, and clinical effectiveness indicators
- Participate in compulsory commuted overtime to ensure continuous patient care delivery

Remunaration
- Grade 1: R1341855 - R1422810 PER ANNUM.
- Grade 2: R1531032 - R1623609 PER ANNUM.
- Grade 3: R1773222 - R2212680 PER ANNUM ALL -INCLUSIVE PACKAGE CONSISTS OF 70% BASIC SALARY AND 30% FLEXIBLE PORTION THAT BE STRUCTURED IN TERMS OF THE APPLICABLE RULES, MEDICAL AID (OPTIONAL) EMPLOYEE MUST MEET THE PRESCRIBED REQUIREMENTS..
