- Understanding of clinical pharmacology and urological principles
- Ability to conduct medical research and data analysis
- Strong clinical teaching and supervisory skills
- Proficiency in ACLS, ATLS, APLS, or BSS protocols
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills in a hospital environment.
Requirements
- At least 1 year post-community service experience
- Experience preferably gained in a Free State Hospital domain.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide comprehensive clinical service delivery to inpatients, outpatients, day patients, and emergency cases
- Participate in the academic program including teaching and training of junior medical staff
- Conduct and participate in clinical research within the fields of Pharmacology and Urology
- Perform compulsory commuted overtime as required by the clinical unit
- Execute medical administrative duties and clinical documentation management
- Render outreach services to support peripheral health facilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
