Minimum Qualification

MBChB or equivalent qualification allowing registration with the HPCSA as a Medical Practitioner

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Render high-quality clinical care for all patients within the assigned unit
  • Conduct comprehensive physical examinations, investigations, and diagnostic procedures
  • Formulate and implement effective patient treatment plans
  • Participate in disciplinary activities including clinical case presentations and departmental meetings
  • Perform administrative functions and maintain accurate clinical records
  • Comply with all departmental policies, clinical guidelines, and employment regulations
  • Attend mandatory workshops, training sessions, and meetings as directed by the Head of Department
