Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage patients admitted in Level 2 and Level 3 package of service facilities
- Execute clinical duties including consultations, history taking, and physical examinations
- Perform clinical assessments and execute diagnostic/therapeutic management plans
- Attend to medical emergencies and provide stabilization
- Assist in the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols
- Participate in academic, training, and continuous professional development (CPD) programs
- Conduct clinical audits to ensure high standards of patient care
- Support hospital management in maintaining efficient service delivery
- Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and interns
