Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years appropriate/recognizable experience in nursing after registration with SANC as Professional Nurse
- Minimum of 10 years appropriate/recognizable experience at management level
- At least 5 years experience after qualifying in Primary Health Care Specialty.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate the delivery of holistic nursing care services in a cost-effective, efficient, and equitable manner
- Manage institutional nursing services including comprehensive oversight of Operational Human Resources and Finance
- Ensure institutional compliance with professional, ethical, and legal nursing practices
- Develop and monitor the implementation of clinical policies, programs, and standards of nursing care
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to achieve divisional goals and objectives
- Oversee the implementation of Nursing Act regulations and Occupational Health and Safety standards
- Manage labor relations, grievance procedures, and disciplinary codes within the nursing division
- Facilitate Primary Health Care re-engineering and NIMART program integration.
