1 Year in Human Resource Development Administration
Required Competencies & Skills
- Knowledge of the Public Service Amendment Act, Public Service Regulations, and Labour Relations Act
- Familiarity with HRD legislation including Skills Development Act, SAQA Act, and National Skills Development Strategy
- Proficiency in MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to perform independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proven planning, organizational, and analytical capabilities.
Requirements
- Experience in administrative and clerical work within an HRD environment
- Experience in Bursary administration
- Experience in Internship and Learnership environments.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide comprehensive clerical support for the implementation of Youth Development Programmes including Internships and Learnerships
- Facilitate administrative processes for bursary advertisements and award procedures
- Manage bursary contracts, processing of payments, and issuance of clearance certificates
- Administer applications for Recognition of Improved Qualifications (RIQ)
- Maintain and update HRD databases and filing systems to support reporting and document reviews
- Deliver general clerical support services within the HRD component.
