Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Administer and implement conditions of service and employee benefits including leave, housing, medical aid, and pension
- Oversee the termination of service processes and exit interviews
- Authorize and recommend HR transactions on the PERSAL system in accordance with departmental delegations
- Facilitate and monitor the Performance Management and Development System (PMDS)
- Compile comprehensive HR administration reports and statistical data for management
- Resolve complex human resource inquiries and provide policy guidance
- Supervise administrative staff through work allocation, quality control, and performance assessment
- Implement disciplinary procedures and manage personnel development plans
