Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee all cleaning and hygiene services within the student residences
- Conduct regular room inspections and report maintenance requirements to the facility manager
- Manage student attendance through roll calls and record student movements
- Coordinate laundry services and handle administrative residence tasks
- Act as a first-aid liaison and coordinate medical appointments for students with clinical staff
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and emotional support to residents
- Mediate interpersonal disputes between students and provide social skills guidance
- Enforce house rules, monitor student behavior, and supervise mandatory study periods and bedtimes
- Supervise subordinate residential staff to ensure operational efficiency
