Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Direct clinical unit operations including patient flow, theatre optimization, and outpatient service efficiency
- Lead clinical governance through audits, Morbidity and Mortality (M&M) reviews, and quality improvement programs
- Oversee the academic training, clinical supervision, and mentorship of registrars, medical officers, and interns
- Ensure compliance with National Core Standards and implement medico-legal risk reduction strategies
- Manage clinical service delivery for high-risk obstetric and gynaecological cases
- Coordinate departmental CPD programs and contribute to undergraduate/postgraduate curriculum development and assessment

- Grade 1: R2084754 - R2212680 PER ANNUM.
- Grade 2: R2279559 - R2492571 PER ANNUM 145 ALL -INCLUSIVE PACKAGE CONSISTS OF 70% BASIC SALARY AND 30% FLEXIBLE PORTION THAT BE STRUCTURED IN TERMS OF THE APPLICABLE RULES, MEDICAL AID (OPTIONAL) EMPLOYEE MUST MEET THE PRESCRIBED REQUIREMENTS..
