Requirements
- Grade 1: Minimum of 3 years appropriate experience as a Medical Specialist in Family Medicine after HPCSA registration
- Grade 2: Extensive experience as a Medical Specialist in Family Medicine as per OSD requirements
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee and manage provincial outreach, in-reach, and support services within the Free State
- Lead academic and clinical service delivery as a joint staff appointee between the Department and UFS
- Supervise the clinical training and examination of undergraduate and postgraduate medical students
- Drive research initiatives, postgraduate supervision, and scholarly publications within the domain of Family Medicine
- Monitor clinical indicators through regular audits and provide strategic reports to the CEO and Head of School
- Execute mandatory commuted overtime and administrative leadership duties

- Grade 1: R2600811 - R2760408 PER ANNUM.
- Grade 2: R2841732 - R3016110 PER ANNUM ALL -INCLUSIVE PACKAGE CONSISTS OF 70% BASIC SALARY AND 30% FLEXIBLE PORTION THAT BE STRUCTURED IN TERMS OF THE APPLICABLE RULES, MEDICAL AID (OPTIONAL) EMPLOYEE MUST MEET THE PRESCRIBED REQUIREMENTS..
