Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Execute routine horticultural activities including irrigation, weeding, pruning, and lawn mowing to maintain department grounds
- Perform plant propagation tasks such as seeding and transplanting while ensuring proper organic waste disposal
- Maintain facility infrastructure including the painting of road markings, cleaning of light fittings, and upkeep of greenhouses
- Assist in minor construction tasks such as mixing and laying cement for walkways and driveways
- Ensure general site cleanliness by unblocking drains, sweeping pavements, and managing waste collection bins
- Provide equipment care through regular cleaning, oiling, and sharpening of manual tools
- Support logistical operations including loading/offloading materials and moving or repairing office furniture
