Minimum Qualification

Senior Certificate + 6 years experience (3 years as supervisor) OR Diploma/Degree (NQF 6/7) in Food & Beverage Management, Hospitality, or Food Technology

Experience Required

3-6 years in Large-scale Catering and Food Service Management

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and food safety regulations
  • Develop and implement section policies
  • Manage staff performance reviews and compile performance packs
  • Coordinate venues and catering for meetings and events
  • Submit comprehensive monthly reports to management
