Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Execute professional cashier duties including the formal issuing of official receipts for state services
- Ensure the absolute safekeeping, reconciliation, and timeous banking of all state monies
- Maintain and update relevant financial registers and ledgers to ensure audit readiness
- Generate and provide consolidated revenue reports for management review
- Capture all revenue-related transactions accurately into the department's financial information systems
- Prepare and facilitate payments to the Provincial Treasury and external service providers for cash collection services.
