- Basic financial reporting and collation of statistics
- Interpersonal and communication skills.

- Familiarity with basic data capturing and financial statistics.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Execute financial accounting transactions including receiving, verifying, and processing invoices for payment
- Maintain robust internal controls through document verification and systematic filing
- Provide comprehensive salary administration support by processing salary advices, bonuses, and statutory deductions
- Perform bookkeeping services including supplier payments, creditor reconciliations, and clearing of suspense accounts
- Record debtors and creditors and process electronic banking transactions via BAS/LOGIS
- Compile and capture financial journals
- Assist in budget support services by collecting expenditure data, identifying variances against budgets, and capturing authorized virements
- Facilitate cash collection and the recording of cash payments.
