Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Compile and capture all financial transactions on the system
- Clear suspense accounts to ensure ledger accuracy
- Receive, verify, and check invoices for correctness and compliance
- Reconcile facility expenditure against the approved budget
- Capture and allocate budget virements and shifts
- Support Electronic System processes and ensure compliance with prescripts
- Assist with Interim and Annual Financial Statement (IFS/AFS) reporting
- Support financial year-end closure tasks
- Maintain a systematic filing system for all financial documentation
