3 years in Post-Qualification Civil Engineering

• Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance management systems and project implementation
• Proficiency in financial management and budget planning for large-scale capital works
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Leadership skills with a focus on human capital development and team management
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizing skills
• Knowledge of change management and innovation within the public sector infrastructure environment

• Minimum 3 years post-qualification engineering experience
• Compulsory Registration with ECSA as a Professional Engineer (Pr.Eng)
• Valid Code B Driver's License

• Design innovative civil engineering systems to resolve complex infrastructure challenges while improving safety and efficiency
• Lead and manage regional capital projects from conceptualization through to final implementation
• Oversee contract management and ensure legal compliance with engineering standards and roadside development regulations
• Manage expropriation, access control, and roadside development services for provincial road networks
• Implement and maintain advanced engineering management systems for infrastructure durability
• Conduct research and development to integrate new technologies and high-performance cultures into departmental projects
• Formulate technical reports and provide professional engineering judgment on high-impact decisions
