Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Collect and deliver internal and external documents and mail for the hospital
  • Transport employees and patients safely to designated locations
  • Facilitate the collection and delivery of office equipment
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance and timely reporting of defects
  • Execute daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Maintain accurate records in prescribed logbooks regarding vehicle usage and goods handled
