  • Provide strategic leadership in institutional governance and support for schools and circuits
  • Exercise oversight of corporate and financial management services to ensure fiscal discipline at District and Circuit levels
  • Align District, Circuit, and School Improvement Plans with National and Provincial departmental objectives
  • Facilitate effective stakeholder engagement and inter-governmental relations within the district education sector.
