Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience at Middle or Senior Management level (MMS/SMS) within a Risk Management environment
- Successful completion of the Nyukela SMS Pre-Entry Certificate
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead the provision of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) services including strategic and operational risk assessments
- Develop, review, and monitor the organizational risk management strategy, policy, and plan
- Oversee the development and implementation of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery standards
- Drive the department's ethics and integrity agenda by promoting the Code of Conduct and financial disclosure systems
- Develop and maintain internal anti-corruption systems and conduct investigations into allegations of fraud and corruption
- Perform fraud risk assessments and implement fraud prevention strategies
- Provide strategic direction for the Directorate, ensuring alignment with the Chief Directorate's business plan
- Manage the Directorate's resources, including human capital performance (PMDS), financial budgeting, and asset utilization
