Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead the development and review of provincial Organisational Development (OD) and Job Evaluation (JE) policies and processes
- Ensure provincial compliance and uniformity in the implementation of work-study standards
- Preside over and coordinate Provincial OD and JE Committee sessions
- Provide expert technical guidance to departmental heads regarding OD and JE unit operations
- Direct comprehensive macro-level work-study investigations and benchmarking for generic provincial posts
- Monitor the alignment of departmental structures with provincial strategic objectives
- Facilitate the implementation of Organisational Functional Assessments (OFA) across all departments
- Represent the province at National and Inter-Provincial OD and JE forums
- Oversee the submission of Organisation Management Framework (OMF) reports to the DPSA
