- Manage the editorial and publication programme, including website and intranet content management
- Implement frameworks for targeted internal communication and strategic messaging for staff
- Oversee event management services and awareness-raising campaigns
- Monitor and evaluate the impact and reach of communication products
- Manage the Directorate's budget, ensuring expenditure aligns with strategic goals and PFMA standards
- Prepare executive-level contributions for the Annual Report, SCOPA, and Budget Speeches
