  • Serve as the official Departmental Spokesperson and lead media relations strategies
  • Oversee media monitoring, analysis, and space-buying services
  • Implement mass media campaigns and facilitate high-level executive interviews
  • Direct corporate communication functions including graphic design, brand management, and content development for online platforms
  • Manage stakeholder relations through public participation programmes and community outreach
  • Coordinate social media strategy, video production, and branding paraphernalia
  • Execute directorate governance by managing personnel, financial resources, and performance outcomes in line with PFMA.
