- Implement conflict resolution mechanisms to manage and mitigate transport operator disputes
- Monitor and enforce transport operator safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Lead the monitoring and implementation of the provincial Rural Transport Strategy
- Ensure strategic alignment of public transport products and programs with national transport policies
- Manage financial and human resources in compliance with the PFMA and Treasury Regulations.
