Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Establish and maintain standardized protocols for internal and external departmental research
- Strategize, facilitate, and integrate multi-disciplinary research activities across the education sector
- Conceptualize and lead the implementation of strategic research projects
- Compile comprehensive research reports and analytical findings for executive review
- Build and strengthen strategic research partnerships with academic and sector stakeholders
- Represent the department in quarterly provincial research forums and annual conferences
- Oversee the maintenance of a central research repository and manage the dissemination of results
- Utilize the electronic Quarterly Performance Reporting System (eQPR) to align research with departmental performance
