Requirements

- At least three (3) years must be at an Assistant Director level within Performance Reporting, M&E, or a related field
- Experience with Technical Indicator Descriptions (TIDs) is essential.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage and safeguard the integrity of Departmental Performance Information
- Compile comprehensive quarterly performance reports and the departmental Annual Report
- Update the electronic Quarterly Performance Reporting System (eQPR) and prepare high-level performance presentations
- Review and validate Business Units' monthly and quarterly reports against the approved Annual Performance Plan (APP)
- Verify performance evidence against Technical Indicator Descriptions (TIDs) to produce evidence-based reports
- Upload and maintain accurate performance data on the national EQPRS system
- Ensure compliance with the regulatory framework governing performance information in the public sector.
