Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience
  • At least three (3) years must be at an Assistant Director level within Strategic Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive strategic planning guidelines for the department
  • Coordinate and facilitate both strategic and operational planning processes across all branches
  • Oversee the development, submission, and analysis of Strategic Plans (SP), Annual Performance Plans (APP), and Budget Vote documents
  • Manage the electronic Quarterly Performance Reporting System (eQPR) to track departmental achievements
  • Monitor organizational performance against the government's Programme of Action (PoA) and cluster projects
  • Produce high-level statutory reports including Annual Reports, Mid-Term Assessments, and Handover Reports
  • Integrate audit and risk action plans into the departmental monitoring framework to ensure accountability.
