- Formulate and execute business process re-engineering strategies to enhance operational efficiency
- Oversee the development, review, and quality assurance of departmental job descriptions
- Manage and coordinate formal job evaluation processes in line with DPSA frameworks
- Conduct comprehensive Organisational Functionality Assessments (OFA) and productivity measurements
- Facilitate and lead change management initiatives to support departmental transitions
- Prepare high-level progress reports on organizational development metrics and impact assessments
