Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and maintain the departmental functional and post structures to ensure organizational alignment
  • Coordinate the design and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across various units
  • Formulate and execute business process re-engineering strategies to enhance operational efficiency
  • Oversee the development, review, and quality assurance of departmental job descriptions
  • Manage and coordinate formal job evaluation processes in line with DPSA frameworks
  • Conduct comprehensive Organisational Functionality Assessments (OFA) and productivity measurements
  • Facilitate and lead change management initiatives to support departmental transitions
  • Prepare high-level progress reports on organizational development metrics and impact assessments
