Requirements
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Facilitate support for Municipal Council oversight and Section 79 Committees
- Monitor and support Municipal Public Accounts Committees (MPAC)
- Oversee municipal Ethics, Integrity, and Anti-Corruption Management
- Monitor Intergovernmental Relations (IGR) structures
- Facilitate the implementation of Municipal Governance Legislation (Structures and Systems Acts)
- Provide guidance on Service Delivery Budget Implementation Plans (SDBIP) and Integrated Development Plans (IDP)
- Ensure adherence to Risk Management Frameworks and Internal Controls
