Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead and manage the sub-directorate for financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
  • Coordinate the Medium-Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF) and Estimates of National Expenditure (ENE)
  • Manage budget roll-overs, adjustment estimates, and the virement process
  • Implement revenue and expenditure control mechanisms
  • Monitor and report on departmental financial performance
  • Oversee people and financial management within the unit
