Experience Required

Required Competencies & Skills
- Advanced knowledge of International Relations protocols and APRM frameworks
- Strong understanding of SADC regional integration and geopolitical dynamics
- Strategic capability in policy analysis and partnership management
- Exceptional diplomatic communication and negotiation skills
- Project management and reporting proficiency
- Valid driver's license (except for PWD)
- Knowledge of the Public Service regulatory framework and PFMA
Requirements
- Minimum of five (05) years' experience within International Relations or APRM environments
- Minimum of three (03) years' experience at an Assistant Director or Junior Management level
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Consolidate and advance the African agenda by establishing and sustaining strategic bilateral relations between Limpopo and SADC member provinces
- Optimize socio-economic opportunities presented within the South African continent and broader international markets
- Monitor and evaluate the formal implementation of Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with international partners
- Coordinate high-level international visits and manage the diplomatic mission database
- Represent the province in African Peer Review Mechanism (APRM) related activities and reporting cycles
- Manage the administrative and operational outputs of the International Relations unit
- Provide strategic advisory services on global geopolitical trends affecting provincial interests
