Requirements
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee the implementation of the Departmental facilities infrastructure management plan
- Manage and coordinate high-value infrastructure contracts and service level agreements
- Liaise with implementing agents like the Department of Public Works and IDT to ensure project timelines are met
- Monitor and report on programme performance, specifically budget and expenditure management
- Manage the maintenance plan for state-owned properties, including condition assessments and maintenance schedules
- Develop and update User Asset Management Plans (UAMPs) in line with GIAMA
- Ensure strict compliance with the Infrastructure Delivery Management System (IDMS), PFMA, and OHS prescripts
- Manage the lifecycle of infrastructure projects from planning to close-out.
