Requirements

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop, review, and monitor the organizational Human Resource Plan to ensure strategic alignment
  • Formulate and oversee the implementation of the Employment Equity (EE) Plan in accordance with legislative requirements
  • Manage the departmental Staff Establishment and provide specialized PERSAL technical support
  • Supervise the collection, analysis, and management of Human Resource Information for reporting purposes

Remunaration

R896436.per annum. (Level 11). (All-inclusive remuneration package) The inclusive remuneration package consists of a basic salary, the State's contribution to the Government Employee Pension Fund, a medical fund and flexible portion which may be restructured in terms of applicable rules.
