  • Strategic planning, policy analysis, and change management
  • High-level facilitation, coordination, and financial management skills

Requirements

  • Five (5) years' experience
  • Three (3) years must be at Junior Management / Assistant Director level in a related field
  • Valid driver's license

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage departmental skills development planning and capacity building programmes
  • Oversee learnerships, internships, and Workplace Integrated Learning (WIL)
  • Administer departmental bursaries and staff development initiatives
  • Institutionalize the Performance Management Development System (PMDS)
  • Manage the performance cycle: contracting, progress reviews, and final evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with HRD and PMS legislative frameworks

R896436.per annum. (Level 11) (All-inclusive remuneration package) The inclusive remuneration package consists of a basic salary, the State's contribution to the Government Employee Pension Fund, a medical fund and flexible portion which may be restructured in terms of applicable rules.
