- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling personnel records
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR
- At least 3 years of experience at Junior or Middle Management level (SR9-12)
- Valid motor vehicle driver's license (except for PWD)
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead and manage the departmental induction and orientation programs for new clinical and administrative staff
- Oversee the comprehensive development and annual submission of the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP)
- Direct the strategic implementation of WSP initiatives to address departmental competency gaps
- Manage all Skills Development programs and statutory training interventions
- Administer the departmental bursary scheme including application processing and monitoring
- Manage specialized developmental programs including Internships, Learnerships, and Adult Education and Training (AET)
- Ensure compliance with the Skills Development Act and relevant Public Service training frameworks
