Experience Required

5 years in Human Resource Training and Development / Management

  • Strong conflict management and analytical thinking abilities
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling personnel records

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR
  • At least 3 years of experience at Junior or Middle Management level (SR9-12)
  • Valid motor vehicle driver's license (except for PWD)

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead and manage the departmental induction and orientation programs for new clinical and administrative staff
  • Oversee the comprehensive development and annual submission of the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP)
  • Direct the strategic implementation of WSP initiatives to address departmental competency gaps
  • Manage all Skills Development programs and statutory training interventions
  • Administer the departmental bursary scheme including application processing and monitoring
  • Manage specialized developmental programs including Internships, Learnerships, and Adult Education and Training (AET)
  • Ensure compliance with the Skills Development Act and relevant Public Service training frameworks
